Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return most items within our specified return windows:

  • Electronics: 3 days from delivery date
  • Home Decor & Appliances: 7 days from delivery date
  • Defective items: 15 days from delivery date

2. Eligible Returns

Items eligible for return must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories included
  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Original receipt or order confirmation available

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Personal care items (earphones, phone cases used)
  • Undergarments and intimate apparel
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital products and software
  • Customized or personalized items

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service within the return window
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Receive return authorization and instructions
  • Package item securely in original packaging
  • Send item to our return address or visit our store

5. Refund Policy

Refund processing details:

  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after receiving returned item
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Product exchanges (color/model)
  • Defective item replacements
  • Same model replacements

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately upon delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We'll arrange free return pickup
  • Full refund or replacement provided
