Electronic products come with manufacturer warranty plus our additional service guarantee:

• Smartphones: 1 year manufacturer warranty + 30 days service guarantee
• Laptops & Computers: 1-2 years manufacturer warranty + 60 days service guarantee
• Accessories: 6 months to 1 year depending on the product
• Power banks & Chargers: 6 months warranty

3. Kitchen Appliances Warranty

Kitchen appliances and daily essentials warranty coverage:

• Ovens & Air Fryers: 1-2 years manufacturer warranty
• Blenders & Multi Cookers: 1 year warranty for manufacturing defects
• Toasters & Pressure Cookers: 6 months to 1 year warranty
• Water Bottles & Coffee Mugs: 7 days replacement guarantee

4. Home & Garden Products

Home and garden products warranty terms:

• Small appliances: 1 year warranty
• Kitchen tools: 6 months warranty
• Garden tools: 1 year warranty for manufacturing defects
• Home decor: 3 months warranty for material defects

5. What's Covered

Our warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Material defects
• Functional failures under normal use
• Parts replacement for covered defects

6. What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage from accidents or misuse
• Water damage (unless product is waterproof)
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from unauthorized repairs
• Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
