These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by NV Store (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Delivery Policy

1.1 Service Coverage

We provide delivery services throughout Bangladesh.

1.2 Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: BDT 60
  • Outside Dhaka: BDT 100

*Delivery charges may be revised at any time without prior notice.

1.3 Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Processing time does not include delivery time.

1.4 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

1.5 Product Inspection at Delivery

Customers are required to inspect the product at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery personnel. No claims for return, exchange, or damage will be accepted once the delivery personnel has left the premises.

2. Return and Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is defective; or
  • The wrong product has been delivered.

2.2 Return Notification

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product via our official communication channel (inbox/message).

2.3 Mandatory Evidence

An unboxing video recorded from the beginning (without pause or edit) is mandatory for any return claim. Claims without proper video evidence will not be considered.

2.4 Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • The product must be in resalable condition.

2.5 Return Shipping Charges

If the return is not due to our error, applicable return delivery charges must be borne by the customer. We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.

3. Exchange Policy and After-Sales Service

3.1All products undergo quality inspection prior to dispatch.

3.2Customers must report any size or product-related issues within 24 hours of receiving the item.

3.3Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of request.

3.4We reserve the right to decline exchange requests that do not comply with the stated conditions.

4. Product Information and Pricing

4.1We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing information are accurate.

4.2However, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting conditions, photography, and screen resolution differences.

4.3Size measurements may vary by ±1 inch due to manual measurement.

4.4All prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

6. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Changes will become effective immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
